I cannot say enough good things about Lisa's Homes! We had very little notice to move out of our previous property, but Lisa saved the day and went out of her way to help us move in as quickly as possible. All of her staff will quite literally do anything to help and any issues are dealt with very promptly. They genuinely do care about making sure tenants are happy and supported and I wholeheartedly recommend them if you need help with property. Superb staff, superb company!

When myself and my daughter became homeless lisa helped to get us both into a beautiful home with a fantastic landlord as quick as anything, the whole process was well explained and I was provided with as much help as I needed to get into the property! I have now left Lisa's homes , through no fault of theres but my wishes to move closer to family. If I ever had any issues with maintenance between Lisa's homes and my landlord the issue was always checked same day worst case scenario the next morning, always went above and beyond and for that I'm extremely grateful! My exit from the property was very smooth with no delays! If I was to ever need to move again i would be MORE than happy to go under Lisa's homes again!

Lisa’s homes have been fantastic from start to finish, I’ve never had a problem when jobs need doing they are solved very quickly. Staff have always been very friendly and polite, if the office is busy I always send a email and hear back within an hour or so. I’m a very happy tenant.

I am now in my 3rd property with Lisa’ Homes. The first 2 were both short term tenancies in anticipation of finding the right property in Pakefield close to the sea. I have not had a single issue with this company in 4 years. Property inspections on pre agreed dates are efficiently carried out on time.
